New Arrivals

From a big, bold Cab to a younger, drinkable Cab (and everything interesting in between) our new arrivals are a fresh and exciting variety. Our Frisch Riesling, Frisch Gewürztraminer, and Tilden Peak Cellars Grenache Blanc are a stunning variety of fresh and new white varietals begging to be tried. Add to that our Halcyon Pinot Noir and Tilden Peak Cellars Syrah to balance out the red varietals – our new arrivals have something for everyone.
Halcyon 2007 California Cabernet Sauvignon
This 2007 Halcyon California Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of plum and licorice leaping out of the glass. The background aromas are a mix of blackberry, vanilla and spice. The flavors are a smooth rendition of the aromas framed with noticeable but pleasing tannin and acidity. The finish is a long, juicy combination of tannin and fruit. Enjoy this wine with tri tip, hamburgers, baked potatoes or hard cheeses such as cheddar.

Frisch 2009 California Gewürztraminer
This 2009 Frisch California Gewürztraminer has aromas of lychee fruit, fresh-cut flowers and pineapple with hints of cinnamon, poached pear and golden delicious apples. The mouth-feel is medium weight and smooth with round fruit flavors and balanced acidity. The finish is sweet and fruity with lingering floral notes. Enjoy this wine with Indian food, jerk chicken, guacamole or mild cheeses such as mozzarella.
